Our final morning at CU NextGen Engage 2026 began with big questions—and ended with a challenge to turn the conversations into action.
We started by asking, “What keeps credit union leaders up at night?” The discussion brought an honest look at the pressures leaders are navigating today and the opportunities that come with embracing change.
We then explored “The New Front Door of the Credit Union,” looking at how digital experiences are reshaping the way members connect with and experience their credit unions.
Our final breakouts focused on two important opportunities: building true teammate relationships instead of traditional vendor partnerships and recognizing why business banking is no longer optional.
As we gathered one last time on the front porch, we encouraged everyone to take it back with them—the ideas, the energy, the relationships, and the renewed sense of purpose.
That is where the true value of Engage begins: not in what we discussed in Cincinnati, but in what happens next at credit unions and within communities across the movement.
Thank you to everyone who joined us, shared openly, and helped make CU NextGen Engage 2026 an experience we will not soon forget.
We may be leaving the front porch, but the door to continued conversation is always open.
We will continue to share more updates, video recaps, and previews for Engage 2027. Stay tuned!
