We are so excited to announce Intrust Business Innovations. An extension of the technology expertise and support you already trust from Intrust IT.

AI is creating new possibilities for businesses, and we’re here to help you identify the opportunities that make the most sense for your team and goals.

Intrust Business Innovations brings together two teams within the 3LS Inc family of companies, combining Intrust IT’s technology and cybersecurity expertise with 3LS Innovations’ business operations expertise. Together, we share a belief that technology should make organizations better.

We connect business opportunities with the expertise to bring AI solutions to life. We look at how your team works and where AI could save time, create capacity, and support growth, then help you move forward.

For Intrust IT clients, this builds on the technology foundation we’ve established together, with AI solutions shaped around your people, processes, and goals.

Our team of employee owners loves to support our community and several members our team volunteered this past weekend at Impacting Tomorrow.

Impacting Tomorrow is the first holistic community campus in the United States. A place where families can access food, healthcare, education, and essential resources under one roof. Through compassion, innovation, and collaboration, we serve thousands of individuals each week with dignity, efficiency, and measurable impact.

Being an employee-owned company is more than just providing our team with a nest-egg for retirement. There are many benefits both internally at our company and externally in our community.

October is Employee Ownership Month!

In 2012, we set out to become an employee-owned company by 2020.

It was part of an eight-year plan that only took seven. In 2019, we were officially an ESOP, with 30% of the business owned by Intrust IT team members.

Six years after that, in 2025, we became a 100% employee-owned company, with the acquisition by 3LS, Inc.

We've learned a lot about what it means to have ownership, accountability to each other and pride in our work. Over the years our employee-ownership has benefited the business and individual team members financially while delivering positive client outcomes.

Thank you, Tim Rettig for starting and inspiring our journey, to 3LS, Inc. for helping us transition to 100% ESOP and to all of our team for the hard work along the way.

October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month! This year's theme focuses on building a secure, digital future as we look forward to the next 250 years.

There are four easy habits your team can implement now:
🔒Strong, unique passwords and password managers
📋Multifactor authentication (better yet, move to a passkey if available)
🎣Recognize and report phishing scams
💽Keep your software up to date.

These small steps, when done with your team, add up to real protection.

Next month we'll be celebrating how being a 100% employee-owned company enhances our accountability to our clients. Our low employee turnover leads to high service results and a team that actually cares.

There's no risk to giving us a try, we don't have long term contracts that lock you in.

Getting things wrong with AI usage can lead to not seeing the ROI and results you wanted.

The first 90 days are vital, it's when the biggest (and most expensive) mistakes can be made. There is a lot of pressure to race to the finish line in implementing AI. But, we recommend taking a moment to make sure you are doing it correctly.

EOS Traction and being employee-owners go hand in hand with our DNA, creating the perfect model for actively engaging our entire team. Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) aligns our vision with the implementation strategy that drives our daily and weekly activities, leading to quarterly goals and annual results.

While you might not hear us talk about how we operate internally during a service call, you will experience it in every interaction with our employee-owners.
