📖 Meet Pablo. Since joining Computacenter in 2017 as a Service Desk First Line Analyst, he has progressed into his current role as Operations Manager in Global Service Coordination, building experience across both service delivery and leadership.

💙 Along the way, Pablo has consistently focused on developing people, improving processes, and strengthening stakeholder relationships, experiences that continue to shape his leadership today.

Today, he uses that experience to help his teams succeed and contribute to operational excellence across the business.

🤝 One great Buddy experience can shape many more.

Our Buddy Program helps new colleagues feel welcome and supported from day one. For Lily and Kamill, who was Lily’s Buddy when she joined us, what started with practical advice, everyday questions, and shared experiences soon grew into a genuine friendship. 💙

As Lily said, "Thanks to him, I quickly felt included and confident, both professionally and socially."

Today, they've come full circle. As the leaders of our Buddy Program, they're now helping create the same welcoming experience for every new joiner, making sure everyone feels supported, connected, and part of the Computacenter community from the very beginning. 🤝

What shapes the way someone leads?

Meet Dennis, who has been part of Computacenter for almost 10 years and today leads a global Operational Excellence team supporting field operations. 🚀

🤝 Reflecting on what keeps him motivated, Dennis says: "I started in service operations, moved into product support, and then into field operations. You can expand your horizon while building a great global network of people you work with."

👨‍👧‍👦 Outside of work, Dennis says parenthood has taught him some of his most valuable leadership lessons: "It teaches insight, patience and the importance of helping others grow, and always being one step ahead."

🌈 Some days, the office looks a little more colourful than usual.

This summer, our people brought plenty of colour and energy to the office for our annual Summer Day. ☀️

Each team picked a colour and fully embraced it: from colourful outfits and decorations to matching food, drinks, and cakes. 🎂

Beyond the colours and creativity, it was a great opportunity to spend time together, strengthen connections across our teams, and bring a little of the international spirit of our everyday work into the office. 🌍

Meet James, our General Manager in Hungary. Having been with us for nearly 10 years, he's seen our business evolve significantly as the scope, complexity, and value of the work delivered from Budapest has continued to grow. 🚀

🤝 For James, despite all the change, one thing remains constant: "Without question, it's the people. Working with talented, engaged teams and seeing individuals grow and succeed continues to be one of the most rewarding parts of my role."
