If we want more women in tech, we can't wait until university. It has to start much earlier, the moment a high school girl sees, for the first time, that this world could be hers too.

That's why we organized T-GLOW for the third time in Debrecen. Throughout the day, participants got a behind-the-scenes look at Deutsche Telekom, met our colleagues, and had open conversations about career paths, challenges, and what it really takes to build something. But T-GLOW is really about one single moment - when someone thinks for the first time: "I could actually see myself doing this."

Judging by the smiles and the "Can I come back next year?" comments: we're on the right track. 💜

🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ 91,807,960 steps in 6 weeks!

The DT-ITS team circled Hungary more than thirty times during the “Lép a Cég!” spring challenge - and we proudly finished in 2nd place in the category for large companies with over 1,000 employees! 🥈👏

We’re especially happy that more than 500 colleagues joined the challenge, and the number of participants kept growing even in the final days. This achievement is the result of real teamwork, enthusiasm, and perseverance. 💙

Our Managing Director, László Kónya and our colleague Viktória Kun-Tomán received the award at the “For the Health of Companies” conference, where discussions also highlighted the strong connection between physical and mental health and workplace performance.

A huge thank you to all our colleagues for taking part, and congratulations to all participating companies as well! 👏 We’re keeping the momentum going throughout the summer - and we’ll lace up our sneakers again in autumn challenge! 👟☀️

A spring day at Bátor Tábor - 39 colleagues, paint, tools, and a whole lot of heart

You know that feeling when you think you're just going to "get something done" - and then something entirely different happens?

That was our Bátor Tábor volunteer day this spring. 39 colleagues showed up ready to paint, build, tend the garden, and make birdhouses. Simple things. Hands-on work. Nothing fancy.

But what stayed with us at the end of the day? That sense of belonging you simply can't get in a meeting, on Teams, or at a team-building event. Because we did something together that genuinely matters: seriously ill children will spend their summer at that camp playing in the garden, recharging in a place that's safe, lovingly built, and cared for. And we were there, together.

If you haven't heard of Bátor Tábor and the work they do - look them up. It's worth it. 🩷 Because there are places where volunteering doesn't just "look good on paper." It simply matters.

Idén is mi lettünk Magyarország legvonzóbb IT-munkáltatója. 🩷

Őszintén? Ez most különösen sokat jelent nekünk. Mert egy olyan időszakban kaptuk ezt az elismerést, amikor az egész tech világ elképesztő tempóban változik. AI, automatizáció, új szerepek, új elvárások - szinte minden mozgásban van. Mi pedig továbbra is hiszünk abban, hogy a technológia önmagában nem elég. Az számít igazán, hogy milyen emberekkel dolgozol együtt nap mint nap.

A fejlődés, a rugalmasság, az új lehetőségek és a valódi közösség nem extra nálunk - hanem alap:

20 éve építjük azt a helyet, ahol jó dolgozni és úgy tűnik, ezt mások is érzik. A Randstad Employer Brand Research 2026-os kutatásában nemcsak az IT-szektorban lettünk újra #1-ek, hanem az összes iparágat nézve is a 2. helyen végeztünk. 🏆
