🔥 BMW 320i Stage 1 Software – Finally Back on the Dyno! 🔥

This BMW 320i first visited us for a Stage 1 software upgrade, but during initial testing we identified a faulty turbo that prevented us from completing accurate dyno runs. Rather than pushing ahead, the owner chose to have the turbo professionally repaired before returning for final calibration and testing.

With the turbo repaired and operating as it should, we were finally able to get the car on the dyno and see the results of the Stage 1 software.

📈 Factory Figures:
▪️ 135 kW
▪️ 270 Nm

📈 After Stage 1 Software:
▪️ 196.4 kW
▪️ 398 Nm

That's a gain of 61.4 kW and 128 Nm, delivering a completely transformed driving experience with stronger mid-range torque, improved throttle response, and noticeably better performance throughout the rev range.

A great example of why it's important to ensure the vehicle is mechanically healthy before tuning - once the turbo was repaired, the results spoke for themselves.
