The original fitting had seen better days, so we removed it and fitted a fresh replacement to get everything sealed up and ready to go again. 👌

The original section had been badly repaired and needed some proper attention. We removed the damaged area, cleaned everything up and fabricated/welded in a new section, giving the manifold a much stronger and cleaner repair.

Another damaged cylinder head saved instead of scrapped. 💪

This head came in with cracking and damage around the combustion chamber/water jacket areas. The damaged sections were cleaned and prepared before being TIG welded and rebuilt, ready for the next stage of machining and finishing.

Jobs like this require careful preparation, controlled heat and accurate welding — especially when working this close to the combustion chambers and sealing surface.
