Techcyte and Evident Microscopy are expanding their partnership to offer Pramana™ scanners and Techcyte Fusion® through outright purchase, pay-per-slide, or pay-per-period models.

The partnership builds on several years of joint work, with Pramana scanners and Fusion supporting histology, cytology, hematology, microbiology, and parasitology, from imaging through reporting.

Pictor Labs' ClearStain™ virtual H&E is now available in Techcyte Fusion® AP. ClearStain generates an H&E image from a scan of an unstained slide, and Fusion returns it to the same case, labeled as virtual, alongside the chemically stained slides from that block.

The pathologist marks tumor regions on the exact section that will be used for extraction. Because that section is never chemically stained, it stays available for molecular analysis.

A clearer handoff from slide review to tissue preparation.

Through our collaboration with Aignostics, AI-guided macrodissection for NGS preparation is now available in Techcyte Fusion® AP. The workflow supports tumor tissue selection and carries the pathologist’s confirmed boundaries through to a visual guide for slide scraping.

See the workflow at : Techcyte booth 410 and Aignostics booth 311.

Techcyte is collaborating with Aignostics to develop a research workflow connecting Fusion AP with the 3DHISTECH TMA Grand Master, distributed in the U.S. by Epredia.

The planned integration aims to connect digitally confirmed coring sites with automated tissue collection for tissue microarrays and DNA extraction.

Upfront equipment costs can make the move to digital pathology harder to plan.

Techcyte’s new bundle, available through Fisher Healthcare, brings together Fusion AP, high-throughput scanners from Epredia, five years of service and maintenance, and 30 days of active cloud storage in a single per-slide fee. It’s designed to help labs start digitizing without a large upfront capital purchase, with costs that track scanning volume.

NovoPath and Techcyte are connecting the LIS and digital pathology workflow.

With this latest integration, laboratories using NovoPath and Techcyte Fusion can link cases with whole-slide images and AI-assisted analysis, giving pathologists access from within the NovoPath case without a second worklist.

The integration supports a more connected approach to digital pathology while allowing each platform to serve its role in the laboratory workflow.

Techcyte is integrating Imagenomix’s Pulmogene-Predict into Fusion AP, starting with EGFR mutation prediction in lung cancer.

The integration is designed to return mutation scores, spatial heatmaps, and prediction reports directly to the Fusion case, without additional stains, sections, or tissue consumption. It supports research, translational studies, and clinical trial enrichment while preserving biopsy material for confirmatory testing.
