XDC Network was featured on CNN Brasil in an interview with Diego Consimo, Head of Business Development LATAM, discussing tokenization, RWAs, and the evolution of blockchain-based financial infrastructure in Brazil.

Over the past few years, Diego’s work in the Brazilian market has been instrumental in expanding XDC Network’s institutional presence and helping position the network as one of the leading infrastructures for tokenization in the country.

Today, XDC Network is approaching BRL 8 billion — approximately USD 1.4 billion — in tokenized assets issued in Brazil, with growing participation from banks, securitization companies, credit originators, and other financial institutions.

The interview also covered Brazil’s evolving regulatory landscape, XDC’s participation in initiatives related to the CVM tokenization pilot, and the development of XDC AI Agents, bringing a new layer of intelligent automation to financial applications and enabling autonomous agents to interact with data, assets, and blockchain infrastructure in a programmable way.

XDC Network continues to advance at the intersection of blockchain, tokenization, artificial intelligence, and institutional financial infrastructure, turning emerging technologies into real-world, scalable applications.

our next customer might not be human. 🤖💳

AI agents are learning to search, decide and act.

The next step?

Pay.

In this conversation, Rebecah Dausen and Satheesh Kumar explore what happens when AI agents can make payments autonomously and why the infrastructure behind those transactions matters.

From everyday purchases to:

⚡ 24/7 payments
🤖 Autonomous AI agents
💵 Stablecoins like USDC
⛓️ On-chain settlement
🌐 Agentic commerce

AI is moving from simply providing information to participating in the digital economy.

And that changes how we think about payments.

Institutional momentum meets the Agentic AI era.

July 2026 marked another important chapter for the XDC Network ecosystem, with progress spanning institutional adoption, digital trade, staking, stablecoin infrastructure, global expansion, and autonomous AI payments.

Among the key developments:

• XDC AI officially launched, enabling AI agents to discover services, access APIs, make autonomous USDC payments, and receive results using the x402 protocol.

• Uphold and Kiln introduced on-chain XDC staking, expanding access to network participation.

• NTT DOCOMO GLOBAL joined XDC Network as an institutional Masternode validator, further strengthening the network’s global validator infrastructure.

• SBI XDC Network APAC and TOPPAN completed a vLEI-based trade finance proof of concept, demonstrating new approaches to corporate identity verification and receivables authentication.

• SBI XDC Network APAC partnered with DSRV to accelerate enterprise blockchain adoption across Japan and Korea.

• Payment and institutional trading infrastructure continued to expand across the XDC ecosystem.

July also saw XDC Network deepen its global presence through initiatives and events across London, New York, Tokyo and Toronto.

The common thread across these developments is becoming increasingly clear: blockchain infrastructure is moving beyond transactions toward a world where institutions, enterprises, applications and increasingly AI agents can interact and transact autonomously.
