This is a special recommendation for one of the best winemakers in Italy. Moschioni is based in an area, Collio, famous for its great white wines. He produces ONLY REDS, from native grape varieties, utilising indigenous yeasts, without filtration.
Today I recommend the ROSSO, a wine you can enjoy with friends over a BBQ or a dinner at home. It's a fresh and fruity wine, excellently paired with grilled meat, cold cuts and medium aged cheese. All grapes are harvested by hand and fermented individually. It's a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Refosco and Tazzelenghe. Open 30 minutes before drinking, serve at 18/20°C. Fantastic!
