Abu Dhabi pays startups to move there. Here’s the honest version. 👇

🚀Hub71 Access Programme: Up to AED 750,000 in incentives, plus subsidised office space, housing allowance, health insurance, ADGM licence and access to 300+ investors.

⚠️But the cash isn’t a grant. AED 250,000 comes through a SAFE for equity, while the in-kind portion never hits your bank account.

💰ADIO: AED 2 billion incentive pool covering areas like skilled payroll, high-tech capex and office costs. Support is negotiated based on the economic value you bring.

One important caveat: Khalifa Fund financing is primarily for Emirati founders. Foreign founders should look more closely at Hub71 and ADIO.

The money matters. But the relationships come first.🤝

Applications for the Turtle Venture Studio delegation to AI Everything Global Abu Dhabi close on 22 September.

Here’s the timeline:
📅 22 Sep: Application closes
📄 23 Sep: Pod confirmed + invoiced
🛂 24 Sep: Visa filed
✈️ 5 Oct: Travel
🚀 6–7 Oct: Event

That leaves roughly 10 days for UAE visa processing. There is no room for delays.⏳
We handle the application, pod allocation and organiser invitation letter. You provide your passport copy, photo and trade licence.

The pod price is not the total cost. 💰

🏢 Single pod: AED 6,475 + 5% VAT
✈️ Dhaka return flight: $450–650
🛂 UAE visa: $100–140
🏨 3 nights: $300–500
🍽️ Transfers, meals & SIM: $150–200

Indicative all-in: $2,850–3,340 per founder. 💵

💡 Share a double pod and the pod cost drops to around $1,111 each. Send one person instead of two, and cut another major cost.

I’d rather you decide based on the real number, not the headline price.
