Although we build software for a living, last year we decided to create something different. 📖

✍ We wrote a children's book: "O Technolas e a missão dos bits luminosos", to help kids understand the perils of the digital world. And to make it more special, we opened it up to schools in the region and invited children to compete with their own designs for the cover 🎨 . Congrats to Escola Básica de Eiras!

Now we're doing the best part: going school to school, delivering the book directly to children, and having real conversations about how to navigate the online world safely 💻 .

We are Present because we care and sometimes that means showing up somewhere that has nothing to do with code. 🧡

Here's a little secret about this book: because we have people of many talents, the illustrations were done by our very own Andreia Fonseca. 🎨 Couldn't be prouder.

What if a simple hook could prevent a critical mistake before it happens?

That was the focus of our latest , where Henrique Marques introduced Claude Hooks and explored how they can be used to intercept, control, and enhance AI-powered workflows.

Through two real-world use cases, the session highlighted how hooks can act as security safeguards, preventing risky commands before ex*****on, and as quality assurance mechanisms, automatically enforcing standards and improving outputs.

And because great ideas deserve great company, we also celebrated the beginning of the summer with some seasonal treats.

So, we came for Tech and stayed for… the Bites! 🤭🍩

In 8, Fábio Violante took us through “Coding without Coding (with Claude Code)”, exploring what a typical day looks like for a software developer using Claude Code to do all the software development tasks assigned to him, just managing and reviewing Claude Code output.

Participants explored the fundamentals of working with Claude Code, including how to leverage MCPs, skills, and other available tools to streamline software development workflows.

This session reflects the core purpose of the initiative: bringing together relevant and timely topics that have a direct impact on our daily work, while fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams. Thank you so much, Fábio! 💡🤝

Last week, our CEO, Victor Batista, joined more than 30 CEOs and industry experts for a discussion on how to close the gap between AI ambition and real business results.
