From shared values to shared experiences. 💛

Last Friday, Inlocus team stepped away from our usual routines for a day of reflection, connection and a little adventure!

🎯 We started with a strategy session, where we explored our core values and, more importantly, what they look like in our everyday actions and behaviours.

🌑 Then came a completely different challenge – Dialogas tamsoje! Through team-building activities in complete darkness, we experienced teamwork from a new perspective, relying on communication, trust and each other.

🍽️ And, of course, we ended the day with a lovely team dinner, good conversations and plenty of laughter.

A great reminder that strong teams aren't built through shared goals alone, but also through shared values, trust and experiences.

Here's to the people who make Inlocus what it is! 💛

Two days of great conversations, fresh perspectives and new connections at HR Week Latvia 2026!

It was a pleasure to be part of this event in Riga, bringing together HR professionals to exchange ideas about people, leadership and the future of work.

Our colleagues Aistė Kratavičiūtė-Ališauskienė, PhD, and Olafs, representing Inlocus, enjoyed meeting so many HR professionals, sharing insights and exploring how science-based people data can support smarter HR decisions.
