Another summer, another Attico kayaking trip!
This year, the weather forecast did its best to scare us away, promising rain pretty much all day. But our team is way too committed to outdoor adventures to let a little thing like that stop us. We packed our raincoats and headed to the river anyway.
As it turned out, the raincoats were barely needed. We got about a few minutes of rain, while the rest of the day stayed pleasantly warm and dry.
One of our teammates even brought her dog along, so one kayak had an expanded crew this year.
Between paddling, catching up, and enjoying the scenery, we stopped for a game of volleyball, shared plenty of laughs, and made the most of a day that turned out far better than the forecast promised.
As always, we came home a little tired and with lots of photos, videos, and memories to look back on until next year's trip.
