🌍 From team building to community impact

At Capgemini, sustainability is not just a commitment - it’s something we bring to life through real actions.
As part of this year’s Zero Hero – Choose Circularity campaign, our Budapest team came together for a special team building initiative focused on giving materials a second life and creating value beyond ourselves.

🛠️ Using reclaimed materials, our teams designed and built pallet furniture - turning what could have been waste into something meaningful and lasting.

❤️ The highlight? These pieces were donated to shelters and children’s homes, where they will continue their journey and bring comfort to local communities.

This initiative is a great example of circularity in action:
♻️ reusing materials
♻️ extending product life
♻️ reducing waste at its source
And while we had a lot of fun building together, what made it truly special was knowing that our work will make a difference beyond our walls.
Small actions, when done together, can create meaningful impact.
