RG Jones successfully delivered Omar Khairat at the Royal Albert Hall yesterday, led by PM Sam Thomas and on site team, Harry Honywill and Conor Adams.

The right tools for the job.
Supporting one of the most celebrated contemporary composers and pianists, the production featured an entirely DiGiCo control package alongside a full L-Acoustics foldback solution using LA4X amplified controllers with X8 and X12 loudspeakers. RF systems included Shure PSM1000 and Axient Digital wireless solutions.

Opening night of the live music series at

A seriously impressive new venue in Surrey. Surrounded by residential Cobham, but stepping through the entrance feels like crossing into another world.

Gardner opened the series and RG Jones delivered full AV production in a space where control is everything.

Big shout to our engineers Harry and George. From Festival Main Stages to intimate venues, our team deliver the same level of consistency every time.

First night of the series done. This venue is going to turn heads.

A sea of cowboy hats. Boots on the ground. Big crowds. More stages.

C2C takes over The O2 Arena every year, bringing the biggest names in country music to the UK. Once again, we delivered the stages around the site, expanding to six this year.

From open-air builds to packed indoor spaces, each stage was engineered to keep sound exactly where it needed to be in a fast-moving, high-traffic environment, with tight changeovers throughout.

RG Jones is proud to support BikeFest 2026 🚴
 An industry fundraising ride organised by as part of the movement, bringing the live events community together in support of Backup Tech.

Day one is done, and this incredible group from across the industry is cycling nearly 400km from Valencia to Barcelona, raising funds for a charity that provides financial and emotional support to technicians when illness, injury or unexpected hardship hits.

Our is riding alongside a brilliant team of peers, heading for Barcelona just in time for .

We were deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Chris Rea.

RG Jones had a long and proud history working with Chris across multiple tours over many years. One of the most distinctive and accomplished guitar players of his generation, Chris was also known for his kindness always taking time for our engineers on the road.

We were also very sorry to hear of the passing of his long-time and trusted Tour Manager, Pat Baker. Both will be remembered with great respect by all who shared those tours.

A Christmas Night In Cahoots

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a night of cocktails, swing and general mischief at Cahoots, Soho, as we edge closer to a very big milestone. Next year, we turn 100.

We’re pleased to report we have now found Harry, who had last seen heading into Soho …

Man of the match goes to Ben, who worked tirelessly to keep the quiz running and then found himself stuck behind the desk taking song requests! Thanks also to Ian Threlfall, one of the best quiz hosts around, and finally Nathan from Cahoots, who couldn’t have done more to make sure we all had a good time.

 RG Jones turns 100 next year and there’s a lot of history between us worth telling. From valves, vinyl and truly questionable hairstyles - our joint archives will have stories to share. Watch this space.

Shout out to the Shure SM58 - this mic is truly legendary. Decade after decade, Shure built tools that could survive the road, handle real-world chaos and still deliver a vocal sound you can trust. The SM58 is the clearest example of that philosophy: engineered with purpose and tough enough to outlive most of the gear around it. It’s the microphone that every engineer knows, every stage has seen and every touring case has carried at some point. Shure didn’t just create an icon - they set a standard.
