The Klein + Hummel UE-100 is a legendary 1960s German equalizer, often referred to as a “Pultec on steroids” featuring a 14-tube, transformer-balanced design and offering immense, musical low-end and smooth high-frequency shaping. It is a rare, high-end, all-tube unit, renowned for precise, stepped-control mastering EQ with eight bands. Both examples feature the ’Fairman Mod’; effectively adding half-step increments in the lows and doubling the available frequency options in the highs.

Headbasket reshaped, all components tested throughout and performing to spec, contacts cleaned, old-style 2-pin connector replaced for modern 3-pin IEC inlet.
