Today is World Su***de Prevention Day. 💚

Conversations about su***de can be difficult, and sometimes we can worry that saying the wrong thing is worse than saying nothing at all.

But talking makes a difference, asking the question is important, and taking the time to really listen when someone tells you they’re not OK matters.

In this short clip from one of our podcast conversations, we reflect on the importance of looking beyond the automatic “I’m fine” and being prepared to continue the conversation when someone may be struggling.

Today is an important reminder to check in with the people around us: colleagues, friends, family, and create space for an honest answer.
