History of RaceFacer

Faceracer is the brainchild of a team that successfully run four top tracks in Bulgaria. The team needed a way to inform, update and engage current drivers and connect with those new to karting using modern internet based tools. Bulgarian racers have had the option for a number of years to register themselves on the Faceracer platform, giving drivers the ability to see live r

esults, issue challenges, find their level on the local circuit or join upcoming events. All these features are free to use, based on the principle of building a network of karting fans and keeping those fans informed about seasonal promotions, promotions or track related topics. The resulting platform proved extremely popular among Bulgarian karting fans, to the point that now there are over 100,000 registered drivers on the platform. Currently FaceRacer is available in English and Bulgarian, but due to its popularity, extra languages and markets are being developed. The founder of FaceRacer adds that the popularity of the tool is in its flexibility which allows tracks and drivers to communicate effectively online. FaceRacer is being rolled out across Europe in 2017 and will feature at the International Karting Exhibition, Offenbach, Germany. There are also dedicated track management features attached to the platform dedicated to providing a turnkey solution for kart track managers and owners on the basis of a monthly license fee. The market for mobile technology products, such as FaceRacer’s mobile app is growing steadily around the world. As a spokesman for the company said recently; “young people make up a high percentage of karting fans and mobile technology is a key tool in communicating between younger customers and go kart tracks.
