Job Context:
We are looking for some at least experienced Java Developers who will join our talented software team. Candidates should have good knowledge of Java and Spring frameworks and expertise in developing high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications and be able to write clean and reusable code maintaining best practices. Working under a team or handling projects single-handedly is a must to have experience.
Job Description:
* Must have strong knowledge of Java and Spring-Boot framework.
* Experience in REST API, Micro Service, and Server-side development.
* Proficient with Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, JPQL & Spring Security, Spring boot 2.x.x
* Familiar with Java application deployment process in Linux VPS & Docker.
* Experience with Relational Database.
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
* Design and develop high-volume, reusable, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high availability and performance.
* Any frontend Technology will be plus (Vue,React,Angular).
Additional Job Requirements:
* Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues.
* Capability to translate complex client requirements to technical implementation.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Educational Qualification:
B.Sc. in CSE from any reputed University.

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Software Engineer with strong expertise in Odoo ERP, Python, and experience working with AI/ML and Big Data technologies. As a key member of our development team, you will lead or contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable ERP solutions, AI-driven features, and data-intensive applications across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize Odoo ERP modules (Sales, Inventory, HRM, Accounting, etc.).
Build RESTful APIs, backend logic, and automation scripts in Python.
Integrate AI/ML models into real-world business applications (e.g., recommendation, classification, forecasting).
Handle data pipelines and large datasets using Big Data tools (Spark/Hadoop preferred).
Collaborate with frontend developers to deliver seamless UI/UX (React/Vue or Odoo frontend).
Maintain and enhance existing software systems and troubleshoot production issues.
Contribute to DevOps, version control (Git), testing, and documentation processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to define and meet business goals.

Required Skills

Strong Odoo development experience (min. 2+ years, any version 13–18).
Proficiency in Python for backend/API development and scripting.
Experience with PostgreSQL and writing optimized SQL queries.
Familiarity with JavaScript, XML, and QWeb templates (for Odoo frontend).
Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch).
Understanding of Big Data tools like Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar.
Git-based development and deployment experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s in CSE, Software Engineering, or related field.
Experience with Linux server environments and Docker/Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Superset, Metabase, or Grafana for analytics dashboards.
Knowledge of Bengali language (for local ERP localization projects) is a plus.
