A new mark for a new era of Integrated Document Technologies, Inc. (IDT).

For years, the company had been associated with document scanning and paper-based workflows. But the business has evolved into something far more powerful: an AI-enabled intelligent automation company helping organizations understand and move information through smarter workflows.

So their founder reached out to DoubleTake. And the shift in business focus became the heart of the redesign.

The new symbol is built from four abstracted “i” forms — a reference to information, arranged to suggest flow, connection and structure. In the negative space at the center, a subtle spark emerges, hinting at intelligence and AI capability. Even the dots can be read as documents moving through a system and being transformed into something more useful.

The result is a cleaner, smarter identity that reflects where IDT is headed, not where it started.
