Your clients aren't scanning your posts for the words "written by AI." They're reading for whether it sounds like you.
There's a real difference between AI-generated (type a prompt, copy, paste, publish) and AI-assisted (the tool helps you get unstuck, a real person shapes the final thing).

Clients and customers can feel that line even when they can't name it.

The businesses people trust most aren't the ones avoiding AI, and they're not the ones hiding how much they use it. They're the ones who've decided where the human stays non-negotiable.

Meaghan breaks down where that boundary actually is, and why it matters more than the "AI or no AI" debate everyone's having.

Start of a new month and the whiteboards are already covered in Q4 ideas. πŸ“
Somewhere between the coffee refills and the "wait, hear me out" pitches, the good stuff happens.

That's the job. We wouldn't have it any other way.
What's a "wait, hear me out" idea that turned into your best campaign? πŸ‘‡

Myth: "Q3 is a wash if you didn't hit every goal."
Reality: Q3 is data. Every campaign that underperformed just told you something Q4 needed to know.
Close the quarter, don't just survive it.
What's one lesson Q3 taught you? πŸ‘‡

Over 11,000 WordPress vulnerabilities were found in 2025 alone. And 91% of them were in plugins. 😬

Your website isn't a "launch it and walk away" kind of thing. WordPress, themes, and plugins keep changing, and so do the threats.

Here's how we keep our website management clients protected, in three layers:
1️⃣ Secure hosting that filters malicious traffic before it ever reaches the site
2️⃣ Regular updates to WordPress core, themes, and plugins
3️⃣ Malware monitoring + daily backups, so there's always a fix close at hand

Security works best in layers. We handle all three so our clients don't have to think about it.

It's officially fall β€” which means Q4 planning season is here whether you're ready or not. 🍁
The brands scrambling in December are the same ones who skipped their strategy sit-down in September.
Consider this your nudge: block the time now.
What's on your Q4 marketing to-do list? πŸ‘‡

Recently, Leah saw a full-page ad in a print publication. Great photo, clean logo, decent money spent on the space.
No phone number. No website. No next step. An hour later, we couldn't even tell you the name of the business.
Every piece of marketing costs something, whether it’s the space, the design time, the attention. That cost only pays off if there's a clear next step: call now, visit the site, follow along, sign up. It doesn't have to be "buy today." It just can't be nothing.
Leah's latest 3-Things Blog breaks down why the most important thing is always the most important thing, and why small businesses especially can't afford marketing that goes nowhere.

Hot take: your "About Us" page is doing less work than you think.

Most people don't read it to learn your history β€” they read it to decide if they trust you. Make it about them, not just you.

When's the last time you actually reread your own About page? πŸ‘‡
