If you’ve visited Elegant Octopus Games recently, you may have noticed that our card browsing boxes have temporarily disappeared.
First things first: They are coming back!
Our shop has grown tremendously because of the incredible community that supports us. More players, more collectors, more families, and more people discovering the games we love. With that growth comes the opportunity to rethink our space and make sure we’re building something that serves everyone.
One of the most exciting changes is that we’ve doubled our permanent seating from 16 to 32 seats! Creating more room for people to gather, play, and enjoy this community together was something we knew we needed to prioritize.
Meanwhile, we’re working behind the scenes to rebuild our browsing selection into something better organized, better maintained, and more enjoyable for everyone. With a few million cards waiting to be sorted, there is absolutely no shortage of Magic and Pokémon to work through. We’re especially excited about expanding our Pokémon offerings!
We know how much people love digging through cards and finding something unexpected. We love that, too, and we want to bring it back in a way that we can genuinely be proud of.
Thank you for growing with us, supporting us, and making this little shop into the community it has become. The browsing boxes will return. The store is evolving. And we’re just getting started. 🐙
