Static network diagrams and month-old configuration reviews can't keep pace with AI-enabled threats or continuous authorization requirements.

Join Forward and Carahsoft on Wednesday, November 4, 11:00am–4:00pm ET for a working session built for federal network and security teams.

We’re cutting through mandate fatigue to explore how mathematically accurate network digital twins deliver real-world mission assurance:

🔹 AI Defense: Hardening agency infrastructure against machine-speed attacks

🔹 Provable Zero Trust: Proving segmentation boundaries hold across hybrid environments

🔹 Operationalizing cATO: Transforming live network behavior into audit-ready evidence

🔹 PQC Readiness: Discovering cryptographic exposures across high-impact and air-gapped environments

Come for the technical deep dives; stay for lunch, 1:1 scenario reviews, and networking over drinks and appetizers during our closing happy hour.

Would you let an AI agent push a change to your production network? Writing the change isn't the hard part. It’s knowing exactly what happens next.

In one week, our product team will show how Forward solves that live:

→ Forward Predict tests any change, whether an engineer wrote it or an agent proposed it, against a mathematical digital twin before it reaches production

→ The new MCP server lets your agents query the twin, with every answer traced to the configs and paths behind it

Plus, what's new in vulnerability insights, Splunk, and ServiceNow integrations, Network Maps, and onboarding.

Come with your toughest change in mind. Leave knowing how you'd prove it's safe.

Are you attending Cisco Connect Canada on October 21? Stop by and see the Forward team.

This year's event is all about AI-ready infrastructure and secure connectivity. As agents take on more of the work of running networks, one question matters more than ever: how do you trust a change before it's made?

Stop by our booth to see how Forward Predict helps you:

🔹 Check every change before it runs, whether it comes from an engineer or an AI agent

🔹 See the security, connectivity, and compliance impact up front, verified against a mathematically accurate model of your production network

🔹 Adopt AgenticOps with confidence, without adding risk to production

Bring a change you've been hesitant to make, and we'll show you exactly what it would do. You'll leave with a clearer plan for putting agents to work on your network safely.

When you're accountable for security risk, it's hard to rely on a network you can't fully see. Diagrams drift. Telemetry only shows the paths it's watching, and the board still expects a clear answer.

Cybersecurity Awareness Month is a good time to close that gap, and we want to help. Forward will be at CyberDefenseCon in Orlando, October 20–21. Stop by to see how you can:

🔹 Find and fix exposure gaps before attackers do. Forward Enterprise shows you which vulnerabilities are actually reachable, how far a compromised host could move, and whether your segmentation is holding. That gives you evidence you can take to your board and auditors. It's all built on a mathematically accurate digital twin of your hybrid network, with read-only access and zero production impact.

🔹 Know the security impact of every change before you make it. Forward Predict checks each proposed network change for new exposure, outage risk, and compliance breaks before a single command reaches production.

Come talk with our team. We'd love to hear what you're working on.

For the third year in a row, Forward has been named one of the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Technology™.

This recognition means everything because it comes straight from our team. Great Place To Work® and Fortune based the rankings on confidential feedback from more than 1.3 million U.S. employees, measuring trust, innovation, company values, and leadership.

Thank you to every Forward team member who makes this a place where people choose to stay and grow. This one is yours.

When people feel trusted and empowered, incredible things get built:

"Our team has launched Forward Predict, a first-of-its-kind capability that enables networking and security teams to know the impact of network changes before they are made, providing a critical foundation for safe agentic operations," said David Erickson, CEO and Co-Founder, Forward. "That kind of demanding work takes a culture that empowers creativity and lets people see the impact of what they build. Being named a Best Workplace in Technology for the third year in a row shows we've built a company where people want to join, grow, and do the best work of their careers."

Which of your exposures can an attacker actually reach? On Oct. 29, we’re mapping attack paths in real time—live and unscripted.

At Security Field Day 16, Forward CTO Brandon Heller and Sr. Director of Product Management Renata Budko will unveil what’s next at Forward, complete with a live demonstration.

You’ll learn how to:

- See which exposures are reachable from the places attackers actually get in

- Trace lateral paths that slip past perimeter defenses, hop by hop

- Pinpoint the firewall rule or policy change that closes each path

Livestream: Thursday, Oct. 29 | 2:30–4:00pm PDT

Most compliance programs are built to answer one question well: is the network compliant on the day of the audit?

They are not built to answer the question that matters every other day: is it compliant right now?

A control can pass its last audit and quietly stop holding the very next day. Nothing catches it until the next audit rolls around, so drift can run for months before anyone notices.

Our latest blog post breaks down how continuous verification changes this: a single model of the network, compliance rules that check themselves automatically, and audit evidence that gets generated along the way instead of assembled by hand before every audit.

The riskiest network change may not be the one that breaks. It's often the one that works.

In his latest Forbes Tech Council article, our Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer Nikhil Handigol walks through an example. A team migrates an internal app to a new data center. Routing checks out, functional tests pass, and the network team calls it a clean win.

Nobody caught that the same change made the app reachable from the internet. Nothing broke and nothing alerted, which means security finds out when there's an incident.

If you lead network and security operations, this probably sounds familiar. Each team works from its own tools, data and definition of success, and one change can be a win for one team and an exposure for the other. Attackers using AI can now find and exploit that gap in minutes.

Closing it starts before the change window opens:

- Shared criteria for what makes a change safe

- One shared set of evidence on how the network behaves before and after

- Every proposed change, from a person or an AI agent, checked against policy in a model of the live network before it ships

Before anything reaches production, your team should be able to answer two questions with evidence:

- Does it do what we intended?

- Does it change our security posture in any way we didn't approve?

When both answers come from the same evidence, the change window stops being the most dangerous moment on the network and becomes the most controlled one.

You've triple-checked the change. You still don't know what it'll break.

Our product team will show you how this quarter's Forward release changes that, live and in real-time:

- Forward Predict, now generally available: test any change, whether an engineer wrote it or an AI agent proposed it, against a mathematical digital twin before it reaches production

- Forward AI: ask questions in plain language with NQE Assist, or connect your own agents through the new MCP server. Every answer shows the configs and paths behind it.

- Vulnerability and end-of-life insights to prioritize real exposure

- Splunk and ServiceNow CMDB integrations

- Network Maps, broader vendor support and faster onboarding

Faster changes, fewer surprises, and AI you can check.

Every vulnerability AI finds becomes a change someone has to approve. After Anthropic and its Project Glasswing partners reported more than 10,000 high or critical flaws, security leaders started asking a harder question: what will each fix do to the network before it goes live?

In SDxCentral, Forward Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer Nikhil Handigol explains why visibility tools can't answer that question, and what can: predictive verification using a mathematically accurate network digital twin that traces every possible path, not just observed traffic.

By pre-verifying every change before production, teams can confidently answer:

1. Does it do what we intended?

2. Does it alter our security posture in any way we didn't approve?

For network and security ops leaders, that means both teams work from the same verified view of network behavior. The change window becomes the most controlled moment instead of the most dangerous.

The same standard applies whether a person wrote the change or an AI agent proposed it.
