💸 Need to add a write-off in the Billing module? Here's how.

Sometimes a balance just needs to be cleared, and a write-off is the right way to do it. The good news: it takes only a few clicks in the Billing module. Here's the process:

1️⃣ Go to Billing → Billing.
2️⃣ Select the service.
3️⃣ Click Add transaction → Write-off (for selected).
4️⃣ Fill in the fields. Take a moment to double-check the amount. 🔍
5️⃣ Click OK. Done! 🎉

🌉 Sending studies just got easier: meet PACS Bridge!

We've launched a new way to deliver studies, and it takes just a few minutes to learn. Here's how it works:

1️⃣ Connect your technician's equipment to your PC with a cable. Studies transfer automatically to EMSOW.
2️⃣ Or, if your studies are on a USB drive, drag them into the PACS Bridge folder.
3️⃣ Log in to your EMSOW domain.
4️⃣ Open the Technician Portal to see your downloaded studies.
5️⃣ Click Reprocess as New → Reprocess Step by Step.
6️⃣ Edit or add study information before sending it for reading.
7️⃣ Click Save. Done! 🎉

Seven steps, and your studies are on their way. ☕

4️⃣ Click Superbill Packages
5️⃣ Select the right package
6️⃣ Click Confirm to submit
