Still thinking about this evening in NYC. ✨

We brought the Her Workplace community together in partnership with Emma Grede’s team and Spring Fertility for a conversation inspired by Start With Yourself — and left with so many reminders about what it means to build a career and life on your own terms.

From getting clear on what you actually want, to moving before you feel completely ready, to treating fear as information instead of a stop sign — so much of the conversation came back to taking ownership of what comes next.

And one of our favorite reminders of the night — no one builds a meaningful career or life alone.

Community matters. Mentorship matters. Introductions matter. And saying another woman’s name in a room she isn’t in yet matters.
