Google was part of a panel with Per Scholas Kansas City and KC Tech Council for an inspiring panel on building the next generation of data center talent.

We sat down for a candid conversation about our shared mission: recruiting, training, and placing data center technicians based on real-world skills in the Kansas City area. (Also surprised - and very proud - to have been recognized by KC TechBridge and Per Scholas with the Tech Talent Champion Award!)

Today, Per Scholas announced that Caitlyn Brazill will become our CEO and President on January 1, 2027, succeeding CEO Plinio Ayala after 28 years of leadership.

The world of work is changing rapidly, and so is how we prepare people for it—from AI-enabled learning and new pathways to stronger employer connections and innovative ways for learners and alumni to keep advancing.

Caitlyn has helped lead much of this evolution over nearly a decade in senior leadership at Per Scholas.

Join us for the Monthly Computer Repair Event with Per Scholas Kansas City at the Digital Services and Support Center on the LAMP Campus, part of Digital Inclusion Week.

⏰ 4 to 6 p.m.
📍 LAMP Campus, 1801 Linwood Blvd, Kansas City, MO. Park on Woodland, walk past the community garden, and enter the door facing Linwood.
