PSA: We seem to be getting a lot of calls on this specific message. This is a SCAM called smishing. Do not click the link, do not give personal or financial information.
It’s easier to delete it than undo the damage it will do if followed through their prompts.

Our dispatcher, Michelle, has earned her keep this morning by answering a lot of calls from clients stating “My Facebook isn’t working!!!”
She called Zuckerberg and got everything sorted out. You can go back to aimlessly scrolling now.
