We're looking for an organized, motivated, and customer-focused Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our growing team.

What You'll Do
• Support our sales team with quotations, product information, and order processing
• Coordinate procurement with leading technology manufacturers
• Manage inventory and prepare equipment for customer deployments
• Process inbound and outbound shipments
• Track orders and ensure materials arrive on schedule
• Register equipment and maintain accurate documentation
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and technicians to keep projects moving

Qualifications
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
Preferred
• Experience in sales support, procurement, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or customer service
• Experience in public safety communications, telecommunications, or technology integration
• Familiarity with ERP, CRM, inventory management, or procurement software

Physical Requirements
