We put our own AI to the test on ourselves.

For years we couldn't quite pin down who our ideal client is. Our history was spread across systems that didn't talk to each other, and a month of manual digging only got us to a gut feeling.

So we built our own AI operating system, a governed foundation the AI actually reads from instead of guessing. Pointed at it, the AI drafted the profile in hours, grounded in our history since 1993, and backed every call with the evidence behind it.

The lesson we keep coming back to: AI is only as good as the data underneath it. Get that right, and it can do work you can trust.

Three years, three Huddles. Our team was back on the field at Lucas Oil Stadium for Gleaners' Huddle Against Hunger, presented by the Indianapolis Colts. Games on the 50-yard line, Clayton Anderson performing, and the locker room experience everyone's still talking about.

Everyone on our team tried a field goal. Andy, one of our guests, was the only one who made it. Andy, we see you.

☕ Happy International Coffee Day! We take coffee seriously around here. Seriously enough to build a game around it.

Every other Friday, Coffee Club takes over a different local coffee shop. It's our standing excuse to work side by side, swap ideas, and trade pastry recommendations. No RSVP required.

Then there's Coffee Bean-Go. Every visit gets you a number on your card. Fill a row, column, or diagonal, and you win a prize. We've called a few bingos so far, and now we're playing on bigger 5x5 cards. No one has won one yet, and the competition is heating up.

How do you measure something as human as workplace culture?

That was the challenge Brennan Burns brought to us. His Radical Appreciation methodology helps organizations understand how their people really show up at work, and he needed custom software to run it end-to-end.

So we built the platform behind it: adaptive assessments and a baseball-card-style Radical Profile that every participant keeps and coworkers collect. "Come as you are," brought to life in software.

We're always up for a trip back to the classroom. JT, Aaron, and Jason spent time with the computer science students at Hamilton Southeastern High School, answering the questions they'd sent our way about coding, careers, and life as a software developer.

Second place AGAIN! 🥈🏈 We’re nothing if not consistent.

Hannah, JT, Steve, Ian, and Sophie represented Team Counterpart at the second annual Colts Trivia Night and managed to bring home second place for the second year in a row!

Of course, the best part of the night was getting together for some friendly competition while supporting the Fight for Life Foundation and the incredible work they do in our community.

Thanks to Marlin Jackson and the Fight for Life Foundation for another fun night. We had a blast, and we’re already brushing up on our Colts trivia for next year. 💙
