In a busy assembly environment, it’s easy to pick up the wrong socket or lose track of a sequence. To keep things moving without errors, the process should be as straightforward as possible.

How it works:
Visual Guidance: A light flashes to show the operator exactly which socket to select.
Instant Verification: Once the socket is on the tool, the system checks it against the task.
Built-in Fail-Safe: If the wrong socket is selected, the tool will not operate. The machine stays locked until the correct tool is in place.

It was a pleasure welcoming 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐋𝐚𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐛𝐞, 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐞 𝐃𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐨 and their students from Utica Community Schools for a demo of the 𝐎𝐃𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. Seeing the next generation engage with modern manufacturing tech was a highlight for us.

We’re looking forward to exploring a collaboration that puts an ODIN Workstation directly into their hands. By providing the hardware and the 𝐎𝐃𝐈𝐍 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠, we hope to help these educators build a curriculum that gives their students a head start in modern manufacturing.
