Follow for more from a high functioning anxious girl who turned it into a business 💗

Took me years to build this and I’m not over it.

I used to be gone before my kid woke up and home after he went to bed, trading my whole life for a paycheck and two weeks of PTO. Now my calendar is mine. My time is mine. The business supports the life instead of the life bending around the business.

If you’re in the ugly middle of building yours, keep going. 🤍

Full list is on the video! Save it so you can work through them one at a time. 🤍

None of these are big overhauls. They’re the tiny changes that add up to a website that finally brings the right clients in instead of just sitting there looking nice.

Pick one. Do it today. Come back for the next.

Which number are you starting with? 👇

SEO for therapists & healers, part 1 🤍 Save this and follow along, one simple thing every week.

Today: domain authority (aka how much Google trusts your site). The easiest way to build it? Get your website listed in trustworthy directories and profiles. Each one is a little vote of confidence that tells Google you’re legit.

Where to list: Google Business Profile, Psychology Today, therapy + healing directories, your social media bios, local listings, professional orgs.

I made you a free Google Sheet tracker so you can check each one off as you go, no overwhelm, no guessing what’s left.

Comment SEO and I’ll send you the tracker + make sure you catch part 2 next week.

Which one are you doing first? 👇

In case your web designer never told you:

→ Poetic headlines like “come home to yourself” don’t sound deep, they just make the overwhelmed woman who needs you unable to tell the page is for her.
→ Being specific isn’t exclusion. It’s the only reason the right person recognizes herself fast enough to stay.
→ Your credentials go below the fold. She decides if she feels safe with you before she reads your letters.
→ A real FAQ page is how Google and AI tools decide whether to recommend you now.
→ Your site feels “off” usually not because of the design, but because it still sounds like the beginner version of you.

Save this for later. 🤍 Comment CHECKLIST for my free homepage check.
