We love how it can feel nostalgic, expressive, chunky, and memorable all at once, while still giving plenty of flexibility to play with scale, movement, and contrast.

A typeface with a lot of presence, and plenty of room to have fun with it.

It’s the kind with clear goals, open conversation, thoughtful collaboration, and room to make the work better along the way.

Did someone say National Nonprofit Day? 💛 What better way to celebrate than by highlighting our partnership with the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region!

The Community Foundation came to us with a vision: transform its annual report from a folded brochure into a more expansive, story-driven booklet. 📖 More stories meant more opportunities for creativity, connection, and visual impact, and we couldn’t wait to bring it all to life.

Sweeps of color flow throughout the report, representing the connections between the community and its many areas of impact. Bold imagery commands attention, while a new complementary typeface and custom cutout shapes reinforce the flowing visual style and draw readers into each story.

To showcase the Community Foundation’s growth from 2020 through 2025, we developed an entirely new approach to the financial section. 📊 A clear visual hierarchy and custom data visualizations transform complex information into an engaging, easy-to-navigate spread of impact.

The details you notice most when they’re missed.

Before creative goes out the door, there are a lot of technical checks happening behind the scenes: line breaks, kerning, alignment, bleeds, color builds, image resolution, links, fonts, and more.

It may not be the flashiest part of the process, but it matters.

Because polished creative should not only look good. It should be built correctly for where it needs to go.

One event. A whole lot of pieces. ✨🎨

We teamed up with Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass on a variety of promotional materials for this year’s Glass Arts Festival, including the VIP invitation postcard, event brochure, wayfinding signage, building banner, and featured artist didactic.

Building on the festival’s established visual identity, we refreshed and extended the look for this year’s event, incorporating new artwork from featured artist William Manson while creating a cohesive visual system across each piece. Clean, approachable layouts let the glass artwork take center stage while helping guests easily navigate the festival. 🪟✨

From the first invitation to navigating the event, every piece was designed to work together as part of one cohesive experience.

Our friends at Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass are relocating the Glass Arts Festival to the Fox Cities Exhibition Center this Saturday.

Stop by to celebrate with glassblowing demonstrations, art for sale, kid’s art activities, live music, artisan food, and more!

Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass’ GLASS Arts Festival, Presented by Miron Construction, will be relocated from the Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass grounds to the Fox Cities Exhibition Center in Appleton.

The relocation follows a determination by City of Neenah officials that ongoing tornado cleanup and recovery operations, combined with public safety considerations, make it impossible to safely permit and support the event at its originally planned location and capacity. Although the Museum grounds are ready, cleanup of the parks and city streets is still ongoing. Safety of our community and visitors is the utmost importance.

The GLASS Arts Festival will be relocated at the Fox Cities Exhibition Center, but Bergstrom-Mahler Museum of Glass will remain open to the public on Saturday, and visitors are encouraged to continue supporting the museum by enjoying its exhibits in newly renovated galleries, visit our museum shop and see glassblowing demonstrations in the Gordon Park Glass Studio.

Strong creative often starts with knowing what to prioritize. What needs to lead? What needs to support? What can wait?

Because when everything is trying to be the main message, the most important thing can get lost.

Good creative helps bring the right message forward, so the work feels clear, focused, and easier to connect with.

❤️ Every athlete has a story. Every volunteer makes a difference. Every donor creates opportunity.

We had the pleasure of partnering with Special Olympics Wisconsin on a new project for their organization: the design of their first Gratitude Report. Together, we translated their impact into a brochure that informs, inspires, and celebrates the people behind the mission.

🌟 Through thoughtful storytelling, purposeful design choices, and a bold visual identity rooted in the Special Olympics Wisconsin brand, every panel was crafted to showcase an impact that extends far beyond sports, highlighting inclusive health, leadership, and community.

Good creative knows what job it has to do.

A strong piece of creative is not always trying to accomplish the same thing. It may need to catch attention quickly, organize a lot of information, build trust, make the next step easier to understand, or do several of those things at once.

That’s why strong creative starts with purpose. Before the visuals, before the copy, before the final layout, there has to be a clear understanding of what the work needs to do and who it needs to connect with.

That’s where the good work starts.

July kept us busy in the best way. ☀️

From event promotions and print pieces to social graphics, digital ads, and campaign creative, this month brought a little bit of everything.

Some projects needed to feel bold and energetic. Others needed to organize a lot of information clearly. Some were built to stop the scroll, while others helped make the next step easier to understand.

That variety is one of the things we love most about agency work. Every project has its own purpose, and every piece of creative has a job to do.
