🧩 Відбулась онлайн-дискусія ITU HR Talks «HR і мобілізація: як зберегти бізнес-стійкість».

Своїм досвідом поділилась Юлія Дайнеко (Операційна Директорка JEVERA), яка розповіла, як HR-функція стала ключовою ланкою між державою, бізнесом і працівниками, перетворившись із сервісної ролі на роль архітектора процесів і комунікації.

Серед основних тез зустрічі:
🔺 у JEVERA саме HR-команда координує процес бронювання — від збору даних і перевірки документів до комунікації з юристами, фінансами, керівництвом і державними органами;
🔺 HR перетворюється з адміністративної функції на медіатора між бізнесом, державою та командою, що допомагає зменшити рівень тривожності серед працівників і гарантувати прозорість процесів;
🔺 HR-функція стає частиною системи ризик-менеджменту компанії: від моніторингу кадрової ситуації до підготовки сценаріїв реагування на зміни у законодавстві чи мобілізаційних умовах.

On July 8, 2024, russia carried out another massive shelling of Ukraine. One of the targets of the attack was the well-known children’s clinical hospital “Ohmatdyt,” НДСЛ Охматдит well known far beyond the Ukrainian border. Children from all over the country come to this hospital for special treatments and highly complicated surgeries.

russia has launched a targeted strike on the clinic full of children, including those with cancer, who were taking treatment, including ongoing surgery. The attack resulted in the deaths of 2 doctors, dozens of injuries, and hundreds of frightened children. Children are forced to receive vital treatment, such as dialysis, on the street.

As usual, russia cynically tried to justify the strike by falsely claiming that headquarters were located on the clinic’s premises, which does not correspond to the truth.

The JEVERA team has already donated directly to the hospital bank account and encourages everyone to do the same; we support democratic values, not war crimes. We are stronger together!

In Ukraine, 700,000 people are exempt from conscription, yet only 4,000 are from IT companies. In the meantime, the IT sector, which contributes nearly 5% to the GDP, generated 20.8 billion UAH in taxes last year.

Specialists in technology and innovation are drivers of our economy. They must be exempt from conscription to ensure companies continue contributing to our national budget.
