Week Ahead at AISA - Mon June 1, 2026
Today begins the final month of the first half of 2026 - and an important new phase for AI Super Agency (AISA).
1) AICitySim: First Sustainability & Events Pilot Begins
The NDA is now signed to commence our first sustainability and events pilot.
This marks the beginning of our manual/hybrid Decision Intelligence process: testing, proving, and improving the methodology behind AICitySim’s multi-model, multi-scenario simulations.
The process starts deliberately. We are initially gathering inputs, establishing simulation parameters, and documenting each step - so that what we learn through assisted delivery can inform the future software layer, automation logic, and repeatable simulation workflows.
By the end of June, we expect to have 2–3 practical case studies to share, review, and build upon.
2) Reaffirming the Bigger Picture
Some necessary time around town and in nature over the weekend helped reaffirm the broader picture for AISA.
Today’s Decision Intelligence pilots and R&D are not isolated experiments. They are part of the deeper foundation for the eventual Super Agency PRO platform - designed to elevate venture creation, acceleration, strategic operations, and applied intelligence.
Decision Intelligence should also strengthen AISA’s own business strategy, creating a compounding effect: better decisions → better products → better company-building.
This will put us in a stronger position to service enterprise and institutional clients, and applying deeper problem-solving across the world.
3) Pitch Arcade: Education, Validation & Founder Readiness
Recent feedback from Pitch Arcade v2 participants and our broader network has also highlighted an important need.
Many idea-stage and early-stage founders are still navigating the basics: definitions, terminology, funding routes, investor expectations, market trends, and how to communicate their opportunity clearly.
That reinforces Pitch Arcade’s role at the top of AISA’s client acquisition funnel.
Pitch Arcade is not only a pitch-testing tool. It can become a practical entry point for:
- Idea pitch validation
- Early founder coaching
- Readiness before deeper support, simulation, or acceleration
- Global creative & nomadic community
The next phase of Pitch Arcade should help founders not only test their ideas, but understand what the feedback means - and what to do next.
For now, we are locked into the input, ingestion, and sanitisation phase of our first simulation pilots. Careful work with real inputs to ensure practical learning.
We look forward to sharing further progress as it becomes available.
