SoftwareOne today announced that it is moving to a single-CEO leadership model, with Raphael Erb continuing to lead the company effective August 1.

“The Co-CEO model was designed to ensure continuity through the integration of SoftwareOne and Crayon,” said Chairman of the Board Till Spillmann. “With that mandate nearing completion, a sole CEO structure is the right next step to sustain focus and accelerate execution.”

“Raphael and Melissa Mulholland led this integration over the past year with one shared commitment: putting the company and its people first. Melissa led Crayon through a period of strong international expansion, and following the acquisition by SoftwareOne, she was instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the combined company and strengthening its position in the market. We are grateful for her leadership and wish her every success in the future.”

Raphael brings 26 years of SoftwareOne experience, including leadership roles across our regional operations, Services, and Marketplace businesses.

As part of Allianz Group's cloud strategy, Allianz Ayudhya needed to modernize aging infrastructure, strengthen security, and build a compelling business case for cloud adoption.

Working with SoftwareOne, the insurer migrated more than 500 servers to AWS, consolidated data centers, and optimized its application and database landscape, creating a scalable foundation for future innovation.

Working with SoftwareOne, HSD helped pioneer Acad Procure - a centralized self-service platform that simplifies Microsoft education licensing, accelerates procurement, and provides greater visibility into requests and contract management.
