Sr./Lead Backend (JavaScript - NodeJS, AWS)

✅Job Description
Working closely with clients to clarify requirements, design, and deliver the best products to the customers
The opportunity to contribute to wide aspects of the product development process, from specification and design to integration, release, and maintenance.
Participating in software engineering: creating quality source code, unit testing, version control, etc.

✅Your Skills and Experience
Strong experience in Typescript or JavaScript (NestJS, Express.js)
Strong experience in AWS (Lambda/AppSync, etc.) and Serverless Framework
English proficiency is required
10+ years of experience in backend web development
Strong experience in schema-driven development using GraphQL
Strong experience in IaC (Terraform/CDK/CloudFormation)
Experience in development using Scrum
Experience in architecture design
Capable of working independently and communicating/discussing (offline via chat/email) with customer
Experience in leading and mentoring other developers is a plus
Japanese proficiency is a plus
