About the role:
Under the direct Supervision of a Team Lead, the Multilingual Technical Support Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) provides overall Technical and helpdesk Support and Customer Care primarily to GlobalSign customers.

What you'll be doing:
1. Understands thoroughly all GlobalSign products and ensures compliance with GlobalSign’s strictest security policies and ability to apply procedure-driven task to process certificate applications.
2. Researches, investigates, and resolves customer technical issues.
3. Assists customers in installation and implementation of GlobalSign products.
4. Interprets instructions and issues and implement actions according to company policies and procedures.
5. Provides excellent customer service to clients that meets and exceeds company’s and client’s standards by responding to customers promptly, demonstrating deep knowledge and expertise of GlobalSign products, etc.
6. Performs, if need arises, web content management tasks by executing and delivering web content goals based on Tech Support guidelines.
7. Complies with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to information security and acceptable use, and for undertaking mandatory in-house company training as required.
8. Performs other job-related responsibilities assigned by the Immediate Manager/Supervisor.

What we're looking for:
• Can speak and write fluent and business level English and Mandarin.
• Sound organizational and interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus.
• Able to do multi-tasking, desire to work in fast paced, rapidly evolving environment and fast learner.
• College education.
• At least one-year strong technical background. Call Center Agent with ISP or Web-hosting Account experience are preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Willing to work in Makati City and can start ASAP. Work from Home is enabled for employee until further notice.
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and the internet environment.

About the role:
Directly reporting to the CS EMEA Technical Support Assistant Manager as its functional head under GSPH governance, the Client Services Technical Support – Multilingual (German Speaker) role is entrusted with delivering high‑quality technical support to GlobalSign’s customer base. As a member of the Technical Support Team, the role involves providing responsive and effective technical and customer support through inbound phone, chat, and email channels. About the role:
The Professional Services Engineer is responsible for systems implementation, configuration, training, and content development for our CAM and IoT customers and for our internal departments. The position reports into the Professional Services Manager, is permanent and on 37.5 hours per week worked at 7.5 hours per day from Monday to Friday, inclusive.

What you'll be doing:
• Drive and manage the implementation stage, delivery, sign-off, and transitioning to Client Services Support for our high value PKI products.
• Collaborate with Sales and Sales Engineering teams to define project scope, SOWs, and closing delivery service opportunities.
• Provide value through technical product knowledge, service enablement and support of enterprise solutions.
• Work cross-functionally with colleagues and other business entities to support our enterprise products within agreed SLAs.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Software Development, and Quality Assurance teams in UAT stage for testing new product features and integrations.
• Assist with the integration of our solutions to approved third parties.
• Gather and analyze system logs to troubleshoot issues reported by customers.
• Report to and follow up with Quality Assurance and Software Development teams any system issues and bugs found or reported by customers.
• Communicate actively with customers regarding the status of bug tickets, product improvements and features, and incidents.
• Create, develop, and update training material for our enterprise solutions portfolio.
• Provide technical training to Client Services Support and Sales Engineering teams when a new feature or product version is released.
• Act as an advocate for the customer in internal meetings with other departments.
• Responsible for maintaining training and development plans agreed with line manager.
• Provide the Professional Services team with subject matter expertise related to the proposed solution and customer's needs to ensure successful service delivery.
• Understand departmental KPIs, striving to increase departmental productivity, improve efficiencies via system or process change.
• Non-standard hours and weekend work may be required to manage project launches, strategy, and process changes, including travel to customer sites for on-site installations.
• Maintain working proficiency in Salesforce to accurately track, manage, and report cases, supporting smooth operations and timely service delivery.
• Responsibility for complying with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to information security and acceptable use, and for undertaking mandatory in-house company training as required.
• Undertake other job responsibilities and accountabilities within the remit of the job role as and when these may arise.

What we're looking for:
• Associate degree in Computer Science or or comparable due to experience or be in possession of Cybersecurity and IT Certifications (i.e. Comptia, (ISC)2, GIAC, etc.).
• Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office tools.
• Demonstrates organizational and time management skills, effectively meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work across multiple time-zones as/when required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Client focused with strong interpersonal skills and experience managing stakeholders and customers' expectations.
• Displays a polite and professional attitude when representing GMO GlobalSign.
• Demonstrate research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and deadlines autonomously.
• Knowledge of and experience in Active Directory Domain Services and Certificate Services.
• Understanding of and troubleshooting experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Demonstrated practical experience working with ACME agents and a commitment to learning and staying up to date with commonly used tools such as Certbot and Simple-Acme.
• Experience of Windows environment especially Active Directory, Windows/Linux Servers/Desktops, Command Prompt, Virtual Machine set-up, etc.
• Knowledge of networking topology, TCP/IP protocol, network configuration and components (firewalls, routers, etc.)

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivables Specialist to join our finance team in our Makati City office. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for managing and processing all aspects of the accounts receivable function, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining positive customer relationships.

What you'll be doing:
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding customer invoices to ensure timely payment
• Process customer payments and apply them to the appropriate accounts
• Resolve any billing or invoicing issues, and provide excellent customer service to clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the accounting system
• Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports to identify and address any issues
• Work closely with the sales and finance teams to improve cash flow and reduce bad debt
• Provide support for month-end and year-end accounting processes

What we're looking for
• At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or credit control, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment gained in IT security, enterprise software, web services or High Technology company
• Knowledge and experience in Order-to-Invoice Management, Account receivables and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of accounting principles and credit management best practices
• Strong time management skills: able to prioritize and manage multiple activities, effectively manage own time, and work independently to meet defined fulfillment performance metrics.
• Very high level of integrity and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
