Work often keeps us focused on goals, deadlines, and the next item on the agenda. In the middle of a busy day, it's easy to overlook something just as important: our well-being.
The energy we bring to our work is shaped by how we take care of ourselves. A clear mind, a healthy body, and a moment to pause can make a meaningful difference in how we show up every day.
With that thought in mind, we recently hosted a Yoga & Wellness Session for our team, led by certified yoga trainer Surgeet Kaur. For an hour, screens were replaced with stretches, meetings gave way to mindful breathing, and the focus shifted to health, balance, and self-care.
The session was a reminder that wellness is not separate from work. It plays an important role in helping us stay focused, productive, and present, both professionally and personally.
