👨💼 The majority of the time that employees resign is due to the management, and leaders
If your management is able to be accommodative, understanding, and provide a good work environment, then people will be happy working even though the salary may not be high.
1️⃣5️⃣ How does a European company retain employees for an average of 15 years, despite having staff salaries that are 10 to 15% lower than market?
I remember working for a European company for about five-six years. The company doesn't pay very well. And most of the staff salary was like 10 to 15 percent lower than the market. I looked at the length of service among the employees, I was shocked that the average length of service of the employee was 15 years.
Well after working there for a while, I understand that the managers are all very good, very understanding. They take care of their employees.
❤️ How can you inculcate a good corporate culture?
You know when managers are very accommodating, no employees have long sick leave and so forth. Everybody comes to work punctually. We have transportation provided. They should have their time with their family. And as a boss, I also don't expect my managers to call me. So sometimes, it's important that your organization has a good corporate culture.
A lot of people always think about their salary. No, sometimes you can overcome the salary factor with other factors such as a good working environment, good managers, good benefits, etc.
