As AI adoption accelerates, the conversation is no longer about whether organisations should use AI, it's about how they govern it responsibly.
Thank you to the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) for partnering with softScheck and bringing together forward-looking business leaders for our AI Governance Workshop: "The Regulators Are Coming. Is Your AI Ready?"

Throughout the session, we explored a critical reality facing AI-first enterprises today:
βœ… Who is accountable when AI systems fail?
βœ… Where do traditional cybersecurity frameworks fall short?
βœ… How can organisations leverage existing ISO 27001 investments to accelerate ISO 42001 readiness?
βœ… What practical steps can businesses take today to strengthen AI governance, transparency, and accountability?

Participants walked away with more than just insights which they gained a practical 90-day roadmap to integrate AI governance into their existing cybersecurity and data governance frameworks.

As regulations evolve and stakeholder expectations grow, trust is becoming a strategic business capability. Organisations that can demonstrate responsible AI governance will be better positioned to innovate confidently, manage risk effectively, and earn lasting trust from customers, partners, and regulators.

At softScheck, we remain committed to helping organisations build secure, resilient, and trustworthy AI ecosystems.

πŸ€– AI is changing cybersecurity faster than ever and it is transforming the landscape for both defenders and attackers.

Today, cybercriminals are leveraging AI to launch faster, smarter, and more convincing attacks at scale. What once required hours of manual effort can now be automated within minutes.⚠️

We are seeing growing threats such as:
πŸ“© AI generated phishing emails that closely mimic legitimate communication
🎭 Deepfake voice and video scams used for impersonation and fraud
⚑ Automated attack campaigns targeting vulnerabilities at greater speed and scale
🧠 AI powered social engineering tactics designed to manipulate trust and human behaviour

At the same time, organisations are also using AI to strengthen cybersecurity through:
πŸ›‘ Faster threat detection
πŸ“Š Behavioural analytics
βš™ Automated response capabilities

As AI adoption accelerates, businesses must ensure security, governance, and resilience evolve alongside innovation. Cybersecurity today is no longer just about prevention. It is about continuously adapting to an increasingly intelligent and fast-moving threat landscape.

At softScheck APAC, we help organisations strengthen cyber resilience and navigate emerging AI risks with confidence.

πŸš€ What does leadership in cyber resilience look like in today’s AI driven economy?

We were honoured to have our Co-Founder and Regional Director Victor Lim, took the stage to share strategic insights on how organisations can strengthen resilience, governance, and trust in an increasingly digital world. πŸŒπŸ” at Future Economy Conference 2026 organised by Singapore Business Federation (SBF)

From giving CISOs a stronger voice at the board level to addressing the growing risks of Shadow AI, one message stood out clearly that cybersecurity is no longer just an IT function, it is a business trust imperative.

πŸ’‘Key takeaways from the session:
βœ” Establish accountable AI governance
βœ” Test recovery readiness, not just prevention
βœ” Build resilience into investment decisions
βœ” Strengthen visibility and control over AI usage
βœ” Align governance with recognised standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 42001
As cyber risks continue to evolve, organisations that lead with governance, resilience, and accountability will be the ones that earn lasting trust in the digital era. 🀝

At softScheck APAC, we are committed to helping organisations build cyber resilience and trust through practical security, governance, and compliance strategies.

The Most Common Cloud Risk Isn’t What You Think ⛔️

It’s not zero-day exploits.
It’s not advanced malware.

It’s misconfiguration.

From exposed storage buckets to overly permissive access controls, simple mistakes continue to cause major breaches.

Cloud environments move fast, but security often lags behind.

At softScheck APAC, we identify real-world cloud vulnerabilities through hands-on testing, not just automated scans.

Because in cybersecurity, small gaps can lead to big consequences.

We are incredibly proud to share that our Co-Founder and Regional Director, Victor Lim, had the honour of taking the stage at the Future Economy Conference 2026, organised by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF).

In a room full of Singapore's top business leaders, policymakers, and innovators, Victor shared perspectives that sit at the heart of everything softScheck APAC stands for.

πŸ”„ We Are at the Inflection Point
AI adoption is happening now, not someday. Enterprises are moving fast from AI cautious to AI opportunistic to AI first. And AI first is not aspirational. It is necessity.

🀝 The New Trust Economy
In a digital-first world, trust is the precondition for doing business. Customers, regulators, and partners cannot verify you in real time. Whoever invests in trust infrastructure wins the competitive advantage.

πŸ—οΈ Trust is Infrastructure
Trust is not PR or branding. It is built the same way you build IT and cloud infrastructure, intentionally and systematically. Done right, it becomes your long-term business moat.

πŸ‡ΈπŸ‡¬ Singapore as the Trust Platform
Singapore is globally respected and regionally trusted. For businesses headquartered here, that is a strategic advantage. Use it to go regional and go global.

πŸ† Bad, Good, Great Organisations
Bad organisations die in chaos. Good organisations survive. Great organisations use this AI inflection point as a forcing function to build resilience as a competitive advantage. The question is: which one are you building?

We are proud to be doing our part in helping Singapore enterprises move from surviving to thriving, through trust that is earned, built, and proven. πŸ”

πŸš€ The Future Economy Conference 2026 brought together Singapore's brightest minds across government and business, and we left inspired, energised, and more committed than ever to our mission. πŸ™Œ

Deputy Prime Minister Mr Gan Kim Yong set the tone with a powerful keynote on Singapore's economic direction, anchored by the final recommendations of the Economic Strategy Review (ESR). Acting Minister for Transport and Senior Minister of State for Finance Mr Jeffrey Siow led a compelling Ministerial Dialogue unpacking the eight strategic thrusts that will shape how Singapore businesses grow, compete, and lead on the world stage.

As a homegrown cybersecurity SME in the room, these were not just policy announcements. They were a call to action. Our key management members, Henry Tan and Victor Lim, had the privilege of sharing softScheck's journey navigating AI disruption, scaling with an AI-first mindset, and building services that matter beyond our shores. And the response from our national leaders was something we will carry with us.

Senior Minister of State Ms Low Yen Ling and Minister of State Mr Desmond Choo encouraged our work in engaging youth and nurturing the next generation of tech talent.

Minister of State Mr Alvin Tan lit a fire under our ASEAN ambitions, affirming that Singapore's standards, trust, and capabilities are exactly what the region needs more of.

Senior Minister of State Dr Koh Poh Koon resonated deeply with our conviction on AI augmentation. The future belongs to those who commit to learning, upskilling, and adapting without pause.

πŸ” At softScheck APAC, contributing to Singapore's national and CII cybersecurity efforts is at the heart of everything we do. From helping enterprises strengthen their security posture to raising cybersecurity maturity across organisations, we believe a secure digital Singapore is something we must build together. Events like FEC 2026 remind us of the collective responsibility we share and the urgency with which we must act.

To the Singapore Business Federation (SBF), thank you for building a stage where government and business can meet, think, and move forward together. The conversations and connections over these two days have been truly invaluable.

We look forward to continuing this journey alongside Singapore's leaders, enterprises, and community. And we are just getting started. 🌏πŸ’ͺ
