Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Figma Prototyping / Interactive Wireframing)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer with expertise in Figma Prototyping and interactive wireframing to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure user-centric solutions.

Creating clickable wireframes in Figma is commonly referred to as “Figma Prototyping” or “Interactive Wireframing.”

Responsibilities:
1.Wireframing: Design low-fidelity or high-fidelity wireframes to map out app or website layouts.
2. Prototyping: Connect wireframes using interactive links to simulate app or website functionality.
3. Use Figma Prototype Mode to add interactions between frames and build clickable prototypes.
4. Create Click-Through Prototypes, allowing users to navigate different screens without backend logic.
5. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs based on feedback.
6. Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into user-friendly designs.
7. Maintain design consistency by adhering to design systems and responsive design principles.

Requirements:
* Proficiency in Figma, with experience in Figma Prototyping and interactive wireframing.
* Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
* Experience with responsive design and designing for both web and mobile platforms.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teams.
* A solid portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design and Figma work.

Job Summary:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administration Assistant to join our team at TeraVault. This role involves handling client enquiries, coordinating services, and supporting the sales and installation teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing communications, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the air conditioning sales and maintenance process.

Key Responsibilities:
• Client Communication & Enquiries:
o Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
o Respond to client enquiries, gathering necessary details about their air conditioning needs (e.g., installations, maintenance, service requests).
o Maintain clear and accurate records of all client interactions in the company.
• Sales & Service Coordination:
o Schedule and confirm site inspections for sales representatives, ensuring efficiency in planning and minimizing travel time.
o Follow up with clients after site inspections to provide quotations and answer any additional questions.
o Coordinate with technicians to schedule and track maintenance or installation services, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Ongoing Client Support:
o Maintain regular contact with recurring clients to schedule and confirm annual maintenance services.
o Process payments, ensuring services are only scheduled upon receipt of payment, and manage any additional service requests or repairs.
o Provide clients with post-service follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or additional needs.
• Record Keeping & Administration:
o Enter and update all client data and service detail.
o Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email.
o Assist in generating reports and tracking the progress of sales and service activities.
• Customer Service Excellence:
o Uphold a professional, friendly, and positive attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues.
o Provide clients with clear, concise information and ensure that their needs are met in a timely manner.
o Ensure that all client concerns are addressed promptly, providing follow-ups where necessary.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in administrative roles, customer service, or a related field (preferably within the air conditioning or trades industry).
• Proficiency in CRM systems (SimPRO experience is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• A positive, client-focused attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

It's been an amazing ride, and we couldn't have done it without each and every one of you!

In December 2023, the TeraVault Foundation once again joined forces for the second consecutive year with the Children of Cebu Foundation Inc, making a positive impact on lives and motivating others to contribute to the community.

And it wasn't just about the donations, it was about being there for the children, letting them they're not alone. Since 2022, these wonderful kids have woven their way into our hearts, sharing stories that have moved and inspired us in countless ways. From our first encounter, we recognized and witnessed the immense potential within them. Taking the time to understand them better, we strive to be a constant presence, not just on special occasions. Our goal is to impart the belief that someone is rooting for them to succeed, becoming the brightest stars we’ve ever seen.
As we deepened our connection, it became evident that these children needed more than just material possessions – they craved the affection and care of older siblings. They longed to experience having someone to rely on, someone to listen to their stories, and someone to celebrate their victories, no matter how small. What a blessing it is for us to be part of these moments.

We were thrilled to successfully refurbish both the boys’ and girls’ rooms, which had suffered damage from cyclone Odette. This effort has provided them with a secure and nurturing environment, instilling a sense of value and readiness to face the world.

The success of these events is made possible by the generous financial backing from HiTechHui, Cyberuptive, Connect Technology and the TeraVault Software crew.
We eagerly anticipate dedicating more effort and engaging with our supporters for the initiatives in 2024. This will include an educational aspect aimed at breaking the cycle of poverty and abuse.
