Duties & Responsibilities:

· Primarily support the Technical Account Management Team for the implementation and setup of our clients on the TrustArc products
· Responsible for providing the highest quality technical support and troubleshooting skills to ensure the success of our clients using our products.
· Acquire in-depth product knowledge quickly through hands-on experience with products and interaction with subject matter experts
· Work actively and communicate responsively with all team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks

Desired Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Computer Engineering/ or related courses
· Must have Front End Web Development experience
· Advance knowledge on Sublime(text editor), Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, and GIMP(photo editor), Browserstack, and others
· Strong understanding of technological platforms, preferably online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile
· Ability to distill complex issues into easy to understand recommendations that can be conveyed in writing & verbally
· Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
· Basic knowledge with Web-based technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.)

Responsibilities:

Work closely with product and engineering teams to develop and execute test plans and test cases across all functional areas of our products.
Partner with the technical and business drivers in the team to deliver quality products.
Test code manually and with automated tools using black box and white box testing techniques.
Investigate and reproduce bugs and drive fixes through test and production stages.
Understand software internals, debug problems and write automated tests in Java using existing automated tools.

BS in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience.
3+ years’ experience testing for web-based or SaaS applications.
Solid development skills in Java programming language.
Solid experience with automated tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Sikuli API and/or other UI frameworks.
Strong understanding of REST and demonstrated automation experience with REST APIs testing using tools such as RestAssured, HttpClient.
Experience in testing micro-services in isolation.
Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks in a CI/CD environment.
Experience testing the full tech stack of products: the front end, APIs and the backend.
Experience in BDD automation framework such as Cucumber, JBehave
In-depth knowledge of QA concepts, test frameworks and automation tools.
Experience with load and performance testing tools such as Gatling, Jmeter.
Experience with cloud hosted cross-browser testing platforms such as SauceLabs, BrowserStack.
Experience with Continuous Build and Delivery processes.
Experience of testing using Agile development methodologies.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of Containers (Docker) and Container Orchestration Systems (ECS, Kubernetes, and Docker Swarm/Data Center).
Experience with vulnerability testing frameworks and tools.
Experience with automated Security testing and/or experience with tools such as Burp, Zap.

TrustArc’s Quality Improvement (QI) Team is responsible for monitoring internal work performed by the Global Privacy Solutions organization, which performs privacy certifications on web sites, mobile applications, and cloud environments. We utilize a combination of processes, tools and technology to certify companies against various privacy regulations and frameworks. QI metrics and reports are a critical indicator of organizational success and will be utilized by all levels of the Global Privacy Solutions management team.

The Quality Improvement Manager (QIM) will work with their peers in both Cebu City and San Francisco, CA. Work hours will mostly equate to San Francisco business days (Cebu night shift) but may be subject to adjustments depending on the organization’s needs. The QI Team is tasked with providing exceptional support for their customer base, which mainly includes the internal privacy certification organization.

The QI Team is also responsible for defining and delivering solutions that drive continuous quality improvement through training, management reporting, and key performance indicators for internal and external customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Perform consistent, periodic monitoring and reporting of internal TrustArc resources and
their adherence to defined certification procedures
• Meet defined monthly and quarterly audit goals, based on total volume of customer
certifications
• Define, document, analyze, and communicate QI-related metrics for TrustArc resources
that perform certifications
• Define and coordinate activities that continually improve internal privacy certification
knowledge and quality of service
• Conduct monthly/quarterly meetings and one-on-one sessions with the Global Privacy
Solutions team to address and remedy common issues found
• Demonstrate proficiency in TrustArc Certification Standards and apply them to
customer-specific implementations
• Define and implement creative solutions that enhance the quality improvement process
for TrustArc and its customers
• Collaborate with internal TrustArc departments to resolve client issues and improve
products/processes
• Actively participate in privacy-related industry organizations, events and conferences
• Perform various additional tasks and manage special projects as assigned

Required Skills:
* BA/BS or equivalent required and 3+ years work experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications and Internet technologies (HTML, FTP,
cookies, web beacons, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage expectations with internal and external team

Job Summary:
This Position is responsible for performing critical work that directly supports TrustArc’s new and existing customers. TrustArc’s privacy-related products apply to businesses and consumers across web sites and mobile applications, as well as, platform and advertising environments for all industries throughout the world. Primary activities for this Position include: completing customers’ privacy reports, checking customer installations to ensure they adhere to TrustArc’s requirements, checking for trademark infringements, etc. for Tier 4 customer base.

Effectively work with TrustArc’s Client Service Management Team which is located in San Francisco, CA, to complete work in a professional, succinct format per defined service levels.
Add value to small and large customers across all industries by demonstrating an understanding and knowledge of customers’ businesses.
Define and implement solutions that enhance customer happiness and save time and money for all.
Deliver and maintain work levels that have ‘the perfect’ mix of quantity and quality

An ability to analyze complex environments and define/monitor, and effectively communicate actionable plans that drive forward progress.

Must approach problem-solving in a logical, analytical manner and must pay strict attention to details.
Be able to get along with and proactively manage all personality types and to drive win/win solutions and environments with everyone most of the time.
