Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create quality measurements to track improvement in products (graphics, design and animations)
• Execute quality improvement testing and activities (eLearning)
• Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
• Ensure products meet customer expectation and demand
• Work closely with the development team to improve existing products
• Check eLearning/animations/graphic design outputs; make sure outputs meet clients standards
• Communicate with clients regarding project details and status, project timeline
• Communicate with designers regarding tasks and priorities; provide feedback to outputs
• Assign projects according to priorities; make sure to meet client deadlines
• Mentor On-the-Job trainees on designer tasks; answer queries and concerns
• Any other work related duties that may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Computer science and related field
• At least one year of experience in Quality Assurance or a related role is preferred, but fresh graduates and those without experience are welcome to apply as long as they have a background in IT or design
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in productivity software

* Specific Responsibilities
• Discuss user interface ideas and applications with the development team
