Visit The Greek fast Food Restaurant

For this project we scanned 1.092 single objects with a Laser.
Complete textured with Substance Alcgemist. Rendered in B3D 2.81a. (Cycles)

The Gyros:
The model was scanned with laser. The white sauce isn't mayonnaise ! It is
a mix from milk and curd (very inviscid).

The Hand:
Also scanned with laser. We gave the hand model an SSS from 1.9

The Ashtray:
We used our Environment Asset - 74 (Old Ci******es 3):
Plus : we scanned more than 400 other ci******es + ash particles
from ci******es ( size: 0.8mm - 4mm) - amount: around 600 very
small objects. We made a particle setup in B3D and combined
ci******es & ash in the ashtray.

The Greek XXL Burger:
Scanned with Laser, resolution: medium. We seperated every part
of the burger like salad, cheese, bread, onions ...... and gave
every seperated unit a complete 4k texture setup. Same way like
the Gyros. Here we seperated the french fries, the meat, salad
and so on...

The table and glasses:
We generated via Photoshop 3 different 8k scratch & streaks imperfection
maps, same way for the glasses, here we generated 2 different
8k fingerprints maps.

Blender 3D 2.81 - Laser scanned Vegetables (Part 1 - Tomatoes)

Scanner used for this scene : Artec Leo
Albedo texture made with a Nikon D 850 from 380 Photos .
Textures (Roughness, AO, Normal, Albedo, Height ) made with Substance Alchemist.
We put the laser point cloud + images into Reality Capture CLI Version.

Reconstruction in RC with high detail.
Rendered in : B3D Cycles 2.81
PC config we used for Reality Capture and Demo Scene in B3D: Acer Predator Orion 9000 Core i9 9980 XE, 128GB RAM, 2x GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

Laser scanned french fries + Currywurst. We made a trigonometric laser scan with three Artec Laser scanner. Objects scanned within 9-11 seconds. Textures made with Nikon D 850. Textures reorganized with in 8k (Albedo, Normal, Gloss, AO and Height).

More than 360 different laser scanned ci******es for floor/ground/streets and so on.
From 1k tris up to 6.8 mil tris in ultra high resolution.

Food Design Example - Part 1
Laserscan + Reality Capture + B3D Cycles

Here is a first render example in Blender 3D Cycles 2.79

We made a Laserscan (Type: Go!Scan 20) with a res.: 0.1 mm.
Time for the scan: 4 min.

Software used: Reality Capture, Reconstruction (High Detail)
Time: Alignment + Reconstruction + Texturing: 13 min.

Difficulty level in this example : the skin has an extreme glossy surface through a transparent sugar glaze. We reached this level through a higher resolution and high res maps (16k)

Textures revised in Quixel, B2M and XNormal (8k, 16k and 32k)
Complete scene has 1.6GB
