It’s official! New Zealand ranks seventh in the world in generative AI adoption as of the end of 2025, with over 40% of surveyed Kiwis saying they’d used it within the last year.

Even if that’s focused on consumer use, it’s definitely admirable for a country of our size, and shows a willingness to adopt AI into our workflows!

More businesses are gradually implementing AI into their CRMs, which is being helped by the uptake of AI from consumers.
