Dear Valued Customer, please be advised of the following service disruption:

Cause: Third-party road construction activities in Wanaheda resulted in damage to the FTTX cable.
Service Impact: Fixed voice and data services (FTTX/Fibre)
Affected Area: Wanaheda
Affected Streets and Premises: Mbabane Street, Nairobi Street, and Shiva Court.

Technical teams have been deployed and are actively working to restore services.
