During the first contact, we will do our best and answer all the questions that you might have in mind. How do we work?

lient contact us with inquiries.

2- We can collect from you or you could send your Mac to our office.

3- We will try to diagnose on the spot for you or for certain cases will take between one to three working days. After diagnosis, we will give the client a quote and other details. If the client agrees, repair begins!

4- Repaired complete, arrange with the client for sending back or client collect back from our office. An official company invoice from us can be provided if the client needs an invoice from us.

5- During collection or sending back from us, clients can make payment by cash, instant bank transfer or card payment.

Screen protector should protect the screen, right?

Well… this one did the opposite.

After removing the screen protector, we found stains and marks left on the MacBook screen. Quite terrible, honestly. The kind of “protect until damage” situation.

For MacBook, we usually do not recommend sticking a screen protector directly on the screen, especially long term. The coating can be affected, and once the stain is there, cleaning may not save it.

This unit has already been fitted with a new screen, all good again.

Small advice, if you really need privacy protection, use the removable magnetic type instead. Easier to remove, less drama later.
