Call Center Operator Job Responsibilities and Duties
✅Answer incoming calls and respond to system trouble.
✅ Attending to customer contacts via multiple touch points
including calls, chat, and email.
✅ Listen to respond efficiently and accurately by explaining
possible solutions.
✅ Management and resolve customer complaints.
✅ Assist customer to make payment their parking rate after
operator leaving the sites.
✅ Complete call logs and reports.
Requirement:
✅SPM/STPM/Certificate/Diploma/Degree in any field.
✅FRESH GRADUATES (Diploma/Degree) ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.
✅Great communication and interpersonal skills, able to speak English and Bahasa Malaysia
✅Knowledge in basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
✅Able and willing to work in rotational shift
✅Candidates must be able to start immediately
Benefits:
✅ Basic salary from RM1500 to RM1800
✅ Allowances/ Incentive/ Performance bonus ranging can up to RM500.
