VIRTUAL DESKTOP INFRASTRUCTURE (VDI) and DESKTOP AS A SERVICE SOLUTIONS (DaaS) are both solutions for hosted desktops, the key difference between the two is that VDI is managed by the company itself, hosted and managed on-site or at a colocation facility, while DaaS is a managed infrastructure service, delivered by a provider and hosted in their data centers.

has partnered with the following companies to provide our clients with these solutions
1. Citrix
2. VMware
3. Microsoft Hyper-V
4. Microsoft Azure

A workload is the IT resources hosted by data center hardware or cloud platforms. Workloads are made up of data and applications, with IT infrastructure providing the computational resources to help workloads complete tasks.

A workload’s size is determined by the amount of data and applications that the IT infrastructure is supporting at a given time. When moving workloads to new IT infrastructure systems, it’s important to align the workload with the right resources.

Workload alignment involves analyzing the security, scale and platform needs of the applications and data within the workload. Certain servers and storage solutions are better suited for the type of workload, depending on how the workload is used.

When a workload is aligned with a best-fit infrastructure resource, it will run smoothly and efficiently.

has partnered with Red Hat to provide our clients with their Powerful Operating system Red Hat® Enterprise Linux®

Red Hat® Enterprise Linux® is the leading open-source alternative to proprietary operating systems. It's a reliable, modern IT platform that lets you deploy applications on physical hardware, in virtual machines, and in cloud environments.

Traditional computer hardware and software designs typically supported single applications. Often, this forced servers to each run a single workload, essentially wasting unused processors, memory capacity and other hardware resources. Server hardware counts spiraled upward as organizations deployed more applications and services across the enterprise. The corresponding costs and increasing demands on space, power, cooling and connectivity pushed data centers to their limits.

The advent of server virtualization changed all this. Virtualization adds a layer of software, called hypervisor, to a computer, which abstracts the underlying hardware from all the software that runs above. A hypervisor organizes and manages the computer's virtualized resources, provisioning those virtualized resources into logical instances called Virtual Machines (VMs), each capable of functioning as a separate and independent server. Virtualization can enable one computer to do the work of multiple computers, utilizing up to 100% of the server's available hardware to handle multiple workloads simultaneously. This reduces server counts, eases the strain on data center facilities, improves IT flexibility and lowers the cost of IT for the enterprise.

Server virtualization is the process of dividing a physical server into multiple unique and isolated virtual servers by means of a software application. Each virtual server can run its own operating systems independently.

have partnered with the below vendors to offer comprehensive solutions on server virtualization
• VMware vSphere.
• Red Hat Virtualization.
• Microsoft Hyper-V.

Cloud networking is a type of IT infrastructure in which some or all an organization’s network capabilities and resources are hosted in a public or private cloud platform, managed in-house or by a service provider, and available on demand.

Companies can either use on-premises cloud networking resources to build a private cloud network or use cloud-based networking resources in the public cloud, or a hybrid cloud combination of both. These network resources can include virtual routers, firewalls, and bandwidth and network management software, with other tools and functions available as required.

Cloud networking provides the connectivity to and between, applications and workloads distributed across all variations of clouds, cloud-based services, on-premises data centers and edge networks.

is experienced in design, deployment, and support in the cloud networking solution:
1. Azure Load Balancer 2. Application Gateway
3. Azure Content Delivery Network 4. Azure Ddos Protection
5. Azure Firewall Virtual WAN 6. Azure Firewall Manager
7. Microsoft Azure Sentinel 8. Azure Defender

DNS is mission-critical, allowing dynamic access for anyone to any app on any network. If DNS servers go down, you can no longer reach any of your vital apps or services. Because of this importance, DNS servers have become a prime target and entry point for hackers and data exfiltration. Organizations and businesses should be making enterprise network security a top priority. Within the past year, 87% of companies faced DNS attacks and suffered irreparable damage: Loss of business (30%), application downtime (76%), data theft (26%), and more.

Traditional network security solutions such as anti-DoS, Next-Generation firewalls, or IPS have proven to be ineffective when it comes to DNS protection. They offer incomplete coverage of DNS threat landscape, especially weak signal attacks and exploits, and are unable to effectively handle high volume DNS DDoS attacks. Behavioral threat detection is not provided, resulting in an unacceptably high number of false positives, and the countermeasures the solutions offer are very basic, often leading to system downtime.

Lastly, and very importantly in today’s highly regulated environments, they are incapable of detecting data exfiltration attempts or DNS tunneling in a timely manner.
is not only certified but extensively experienced in design, deployment, and support in the below solution:
1. Cisco Umbrella
2. Checkpoint
3. Mimecast

Combining security information management (SIM) and security event management (SEM), security information and event management (SIEM) offers real-time monitoring and analysis of events as well as tracking and logging of security data for compliance or auditing purposes.

SIEM solution enables an organization to centrally collect data across its entire network environment to gain real-time visibility into activity that may potentially introduce risk to the organization.

Using SIEM technology you achieve visibility into network activity which helps organizations address issues before they become a significant financial risk. It also helps operations better manage company assets.

Over the years, SIEM has matured to become more than the log management tools that preceded it. Today, SIEM offers advanced user and entity behavior analytics (UEBA) thanks to the power of AI and machine learning. It is a highly efficient data orchestration system for managing ever-evolving threats as well as regulatory compliance and reporting.

offers the following SIEM Solutions
1. Forti-siem
2. Sophos MTR
3. SHELT Managed service
4. McAfee SIEM
5. HP Clearpass
6. Q-Radar

Although billions of dollars are spent each year on cyber security, data breaches continue everywhere. Enterprises must protect sensitive information. Recent industry reports and global surveys show that data is not as secure as it should be.

It is not IF your sensitive data will be targeted, but WHEN. In a recent survey, two-thirds of global companies reported their data being breached at some point in the past.

As data breaches continue with regularity and compliance mandates get more stringent, organizations need to protect sensitive data in both on-premises and cloud environments.

helps organizations move past silos of encryption and crypto management solutions to attain central and uniform deployments of data protection solutions and prepare your organization for the next security challenge and new compliance requirements at the lowest cost.

Attackers follow the money. In a digital economy, this means targeting applications and APIs to exploit vulnerabilities and abuse business logic, compromising customer accounts, and committing large-scale fraud that can devastate business operations.

Application security aims to protect software application code and data against cyber threats. Authentication, authorization, encryption, logging, and application security testing are all examples of application security features. Developers can also use code to reduce security flaws in applications.

Application Security Tools are designed to protect software applications from external threats throughout the entire application lifecycle. The purpose of this class of tools is to protect the many kinds of application against data theft or other nefarious intent. These include legacy, desktop, cloud, and mobile apps used by internal employees, partners, and customers.

offer the following application and data protection Solutions:
• SolarWinds.
• GFI Languard.
• F5 solution.
• Kaspersky.
