We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Agent to join our growing team in the UK green energy sector. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, promoting sustainable energy solutions, and converting leads into qualified opportunities or sales.

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers in the UK market
- Promote green energy products such as solar panels, EV solutions, insulation, and energy-saving services
- Educate customers on cost savings, government schemes, and environmental benefits
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team (if applicable)
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM systems
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets

- Proven experience in outbound calling / telesales / lead generation
- Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (UK accent preferred)
- Ability to handle objections and close conversations effectively
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Basic understanding of the UK energy market is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

- Experience in the UK green energy/utilities sector
